We understand your time is precious. 

So is ours, and that is why we have a cancellation policy for all pre-booked driving lessons. This allows us to offer cancelled driving lessons to other pupils who want to learn. As a customer centred driving school this allows us to give advantage to those getting close to their driving test dates or those who really want the extra time behind the wheel to improve their driving skills.

 

If you wish to cancel or postpone a driving lesson all you have to do is give us a a call.
(We are working hard behind the scenes to give you and online booking system to allow you to do this via your smart device or laptop.)

We have broken this down into 3 easy cancellation criteria.

 

 

1. Giving us a minimum of 48hrs notice allows you to cancel your lesson at no charge. This gives us the maximum amount of time to allow another driving lesson to book into your cancelled time slot.

2. Giving us a minimum of 24hrs notice makes it short notice for another pupil to book a driving lesson. We will ask for a 50% payment towards the cost of that time slot as it will be more difficult to book another pupil on that short notice.

3. Giving us less that 24hrs notice means that it will be very unlikely that we will be able to fill that specific time slot. In this case we will require full payment for that lesson slot as we will not be able to re-book this time with another pupils driving lessons.

 

 

Please make sure you let us know as soon as possible allowing us to work productively with you and other driving lesson pupils and maximise our Driving Instructors schedules.
